I owe so much to Sarah!! Sarah is helping me turn things around and see things with a new, more hopeful perspective. After 20 years of ICU nursing (including Covid) I was feeling hopeless and stuck. At the beginning of my career I loved nursing, I was passionate and excited about it. I gave it my EVERYTHING and felt amazing about it.  I didn't realize the toll giving my "everything" left me with nothing. Sarah knows what it is like to be a nurse giving to the point of depletion. She has helped me recognize patterns, see things through fresh eyes, and helped me set boundaries and change my approach.

When it was time to leave bedside - a very difficult decision that Sarah helped me with, she assisted in finding a path that gave me what I was looking for. Then I bombed my first 2 interviews! I was so discouraged. I went back to Sarah and she worked with me on why I was not doing well. She helped me with my confidence and helped me frame my answers in a way that highlighted my strengths and knowledge. I just interviewed again and although I haven't heard about the job, it went so well! My confidence is back, I am excited about my new path (still in nursing) and I am happier. I am so thankful to Sarah!! My family is also thankful to Sarah -- she has made such a difference in my life.

Sarah, you are a remarkable nurse, teacher and coach. You are truly one of the best people I know. Thank you for everything you have done to help me through the ICU training program. You have been nothing short of spectacular in the amount of knowledge and support you have shared with me. You have a heart of gold with a sharp, curious and scientific mind. Our work together helped develop my confidence and vision for my future. I don't have the words to explain the gratitude I feel. Thank you so much for everything!

Our coaching conversations validated my experience as a RN in a failing medical system, and supported the changes I knew I needed to make. We explored how my identity as a healer continues to evolve over time, and Sarah tracked my journey to help me recognize and celebrate the successes that can so easily get lost in the day to day grind. Our connection helped me to feel seen and heard, which is so needed in healthcare today.

Sarah is a nursing leader. During her time as a facilitator and mentor for new nurse coaches, she brought authenticity, wisdom and kindness. Her perspective and clear insights deepened the group's understanding of and connection to their own experiences and work with others. Her ability to be present with people experiencing a variety of emotions made a difference, and created possibility for healing/caring moments. I am grateful for all of the nurses and other healthcare workers who will come into her sphere.

My work with Sarah has been instrumental in several areas of both my personal and professional life. Over time we focused on family dynamics, my inner narrative, boundary setting and leadership development. Her gentle approach to asking powerful questions really helped to deepen the work and I can’t thank her enough for her guidance and support.
